Section V · parking & ANPR
Parking at the restaurant.
Our car park is fitted with ANPR (automatic number-plate recognition) cameras and is managed on our behalf by HOZAH, an independent third-party car-park management company.
Registering your visit
To avoid a Parking Charge Notice ("PCN"), guests must register their full vehicle number plate on the tablet provided inside the restaurant within 20 minutes of arriving on site. Failure to register within this window — or to register at all — may result in a PCN being issued by HOZAH against the registered keeper of the vehicle.
Maximum stay
Registered vehicles may remain in the car park for a maximum of 5 hours from the time of registration. Vehicles remaining beyond this limit may also be issued a PCN by HOZAH.
Who issues PCNs
PCNs are issued by HOZAH, not by Mumtaz Bradford. Mumtaz Restaurant Ltd is not a party to any parking charge and cannot cancel, waive or refund a PCN. Any appeal, query or dispute about a parking charge must be directed to HOZAH using the contact details printed on the PCN itself, or via hozah.com.
If you forgot to register
If you realise during your visit that you have not registered your plate, please speak to a member of the team before you leave and we will do our best to assist. We cannot guarantee retrospective registration once you have left the site.
By parking on our car park, you accept the terms set by HOZAH as displayed on the signage around the car park. Those terms are independent of, and in addition to, these Terms of Service.
